Dr. Michael T. Connerr, Ed.D is the Founder and CEO of Agile Evolutionary Group, an organization focused on providing objective, data-driven solutions to businesses.
Dr. Michael T. Conner, Ed.D is an experienced educator and entrepreneur who founded Agile Evolutionary Group. He has worked in education for nearly 20 years, beginning as a fourth-grade teacher and later moving into roles in curriculum development, educational leadership, and most recently served as Superintendent of Schools. Dr. Conner holds his Ed.D. from Cambridge College and has completed graduate programs at Harvard University and MIT.
He is the author of “Intentional, Bold and Unapologetic: A Guide to Transforming Schools in the AC-Stage of Education.” He is currently working on a podcast addressing issues affecting the education sector. Dr. Conner is committed to using data science to provide objective, unbiased data to organizations. He has also completed executive leadership programs at the University of Connecticut and Howard University.
Dr. Conner has been recognized with numerous awards, including being named by the Connecticut NAACP as one of the Most Influential Blacks in 2018 and 2021. He is also a member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Black School Educators (NABSE) and California Association of Latino Superintendents and Administrators (CALSA).
